FourPoints Health continues to work closely with our state and local public health officials to coordinate a comprehensive public health response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Clinic Processes

FourPoints Health continues to work closely with our state and local public health officials to coordinate a comprehensive public health response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to the state guidelines, FourPoints Health is taking additional measures to ensure community safety:

  • We encourage social distancing, even while in facilities. Upon arrival all patients/clients will be screened for COVID-19 before entering the facility
  • All individuals entering the facility must wear a mask at all times (masks may be removed when appropriate for examination or procedures)
  • All exam rooms and offices must be sanitized following every in-person appointment/session
  • Telehealth will still be utilized for all Group Sessions and as needed for other individual appointments/sessions

All patients/clients will be screened prior to entering the facility. Please review the following:

  • Do you have a fever?
  • Do you have a cough or shortness of breath?
  • Have you had recent contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
  • Have you traveled outside of the United States or to an area where COVID-19 is active in the past two weeks?
  • All patients/clients/guests must wear a mask
  • Additional cleaning will be performed from clinic staff in between all visits
  • Clinic staff will don proper PPE throughout visits
  • Proper hygiene will be practiced by all staff members and encouraged for all who enter the facilities

COVID-19 Prevention and Safety
