We believe everyone deserves access to quality care, which is why our primary medical care services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on your household income and size.
If you qualify for the sliding fee discount, the cost of your care will be included in your visit. Patients without insurance or who do not qualify for the discount will receive a separate charge for each additional service performed.
